Terms & Conditions
1. Arrival/Departure times:
Check in time is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Check out is by 10.00am on the day of departure. Flexibility on these times is sometimes possible if organised and confirmed in advance. This is dependent on the arrival and departure times of the next guests. This is to ensure there is adequate time to fully prepare the villa. On busy days the cleaners may have to arrive from 9.00am onwards, please direct them to areas finished with.
2. All premises are privately owned and are furnished and decorated to the Owner´s individual taste and standard
3. The properties are for holiday let only. Large parties/functions/commercial activities are not permitted unless prior written approval has been given.
4. The primary guest (the person who makes the booking) is responsible for ensuring that only the maximum numbers of guests (adults and children) nominated on the booking contract are adhered to. Overcrowding and extra guests are not permitted.
5. Animals are only allowed in premises where prior permission has been obtained.
6. Cancellations – All monies paid are only refunded if the property can be re-let for the same time period for the same price. All cancellations incur an administration fee of 50€. If the stay is shortened, the unused portion of the stay is not refundable. Please note that a change of booking dates attracts the same conditions as a cancellation.
7. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are all provided in the villa for your arrival. Please do not use the white linen/towels around the pool. Also please do not use false tan, as this stains the sheets and is impossible to remove – all damage to linen will be paid for out of the Security Deposit.
8. The primary booking guest (and their party) will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property or premises during their stay. This includes, floors, floor coverings (eg rugs and carpet), furniture, fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. The guest will pay the full cost of replacement or repair for any such items damaged or broken. All damage, breakages or losses are to be reported to the House Manager immediately. All costs will be taken from the Security Deposit.
9. All furniture and equipment must be left in the premises as originally found, and overall it is expected that the property is left in the state in which it was found on arrival.
10. Refund of Security Deposit – This will be refunded 7 days after departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the villa after the guests have departed.
11. Rubbish – All rubbish (bottles, plastic and general rubbish) must be placed in the nearest council garbage bins prior to leaving the property at the end of your stay.
12. Guests are provided with door keys and garage remote (if applicable) on arrival. These keys must be left at the villa on your departure. If not, a cost will be payable to replace the missing keys/remotes.
13. The interior of the villa is strictly non-smoking. If this condition is not adhered to and the villa smells unpleasant on departure, a specialist cleaner will be called in and the cost charged to the party leader
14. Guest must ensure that all doors and windows and closed/locked on their departure.
Occupation of the Property:
15. Access to the property may be needed during the rental period for any necessary repairs or maintenance during reasonable hours. We will give you at least 24 hours notice, except in an emergency. Guests’ requesting a service call that is subsequently found to not be required will be charged the applicable call-out fee.
16. We accept no liability for the intermittent failure of public utility supplies, sewage systems, plumbing, mechanical equipment, telephone systems or Internet connections in the Property, but shall endeavor to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. We also accept no liability for any loss of enjoyment suffered as a consequence of any local council work/engineering and/or construction works near the property.
17. No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the Agent or Owners control.
18. No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left in or near the premises. Guests are expected to be responsible for their personal property during their stay. 19. Every attempt to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on this website. However, the information is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. N0 responsibility or liability is accepted for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, or reliability of the information contained on this website.
